I had a fantastic experience at Solara Wellness Hub. We booked the traditional sauna and cold plunge, and the private room was spotless, peaceful, and very well set up. The whole session left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely re-energised. It was the perfect way to finish the week and prepare for a new one. A great place to unwind and look after your wellbeing-highly recommended!

We had a truly relaxing experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, the noise of the busy setting faded away. Charlie was so welcoming, he asked a few questions and guided us to complete a short form before taking us to the suite.The suite itself was immaculate and luxurious. The attention to detail and extra inclusions in the room speak to a really thoughtful design.Left on a cloud ... Exceptional service and attention to detail, we’ll definitely be back.
